Insured Closing Protection Letters
Effective immediately 1st Advantage Mortgage, a Draper and Kramer Company will require loan specific closing protection letters on ALL transactions.

The borrower’s name(s) and property address must be referenced on the letter and “blanket” letters will no longer be acceptable.
