Home > Bulletin Archive > Administrative Fee June 17, 2009 Loan Administrative Fee Due to increased quality control measures required by the secondary market we will be increasing our Conventional and Government Loan Administrative Fee to $675.00 effective with all loans submitted on or after 6/22/09.
