Home > Bulletin Archive > USDA Pricing Adjustments October 21, 2009 USDA Pricing Adjustments In an effort to improve our pricing and simplify the daily rate sheet we will be eliminating loan size adjustments for loans over $55,000. The loan size adjustments have been added to the price. With this we have now improved the price paid on all loans over $55,000. We have also improved the state adjustments as shown on the table below. This will be effective for all Rural Housing loans that are locked 10/23 or after.
