The people at 1AM Wholesale strive to make the lending experience as simple and easy as possible. You will experience a level of personal service that you will not find with any other lender. Our menu of services allows you to pick and choose what functions of the lending process you want to perform and which you would like 1AM to handle on your behalf. 1AM can perform any or all of the following functions:

Processing Done Privately
1AM and the authorized borrower will manage all processing for Conventional, FHA, VA or Jumbo loan products.

Automated Underwriting Input
1AM will manage all Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae desktop underwriting entry, and will also provide finding and condition reports.

Underwriting
1AM will provide a variety of underwriting options, including in-house underwriting, contract underwriting, and delegated underwriting if available.

Closing Document Service
1AM will draw and deliver all loan closing documentation.

Table Funding
Closing costs can be table funded by 1AM.
